Server Logs
conwayforcongress.com uses aggregate performance statistics, compiled nightly from server logs, only to evaluate traffic and optimize performance. Individual user sessions are not tracked in any way. Site statistics are collected for internal purposes only, and are not shared with any parties outside the Campaign.

Email Addresses
conwayforcongress.com employs opt-in email only. Email addresses are requested of users who would like to receive updates on the Conway for Congress campaign. These email addresses are not shared with any other party. If you would like to remove your address from our list, please email the campaign.

Contributions
Certain personal information is required by law to be collected when accepting a donation to a political campaign. Name and billing address (and credit card number) are required to properly process a contribution. In addition, the Campaign requires an email address in order to a) provide an emailed confirmation of the transaction, and b) to more quickly contact the donor in case of a question or error with the contribution. Federal election law states that all donors contributing more than $200 in calendar year must additionally provide their occupation and employer. The Conway for Congress campaign is required to provide contribution information to the Federal Election Commission as a matter of public record. Volunteers
The Campaign requests limited personal information to be submitted through conwayforcongress.com in order to sign up to be a campaign volunteer. This information is kept confidential. If you are uncomfortable submitting personal information through the web site, but would like to volunteer for the campaign, please contact campaign headquarters via telephone at 502.485.1120.
